Cabernet Sauvignon from Sicily, Italy; light to medium bodied and dry, with bramble fruit and earth, pepper and spice, cedar and pencil shavings, medium acid, and a light fruity finish. Drink chilled!

From two different vineyards : one on Pleistocene clays that ripens in early August and the other one on calcarenitic marl that matures in late September. The first vineyard is vinified with a whole bunch maceration for 10 days, the second is made a short maceration of two days and the fermentation ends without skins.
